Working Process of Molded Pulp Industrial Packaging Machine
Pulping system:
The pulping system refers to the process of converting waste paper into usable molded pulp. This involves soaking, breaking, stirring, and pulping various raw materials such as newspapers, magazines, and other paper products. The goal is to produce a consistent slurry of pulp that can be used in the molding process.
1. Pulper: Mixes waste paper with water and agitates to form a pulp;
2. Refiner: Further processes the slurry to improve fiber quality;
3. Agitators and Mixers: Keep the slurry in constant motion to ensure uniformity;
4. Screening and Cleaning Systems: Remove impurities and oversized particles;

Forming system:
